this is Allen walker from the manga D.gray-man ..which is currently on hiatus *Dun Dun Dun*(not to mention all the crap the author is having to deal with..) ANYWAY! allen-kun is by far my most favorite anime character he has been quite the inspiration to me for the past two years even now
